Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your parcel to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
